The objective of Program D is to train Ruthimaid technicians to perform professional Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers with speed, accuracy, consistency, and guest-ready presentation.

Airbnb cleaning is different from regular residential cleaning because the property must be prepared for the next guest within a limited time window. The technician must clean, reset, inspect, report damage, restock supplies if included, check presentation details, and make sure the space feels fresh, safe, and ready for check-in.
