The objective of Program D is to train Ruthimaid technicians to perform professional Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers with speed, accuracy, consistency, and guest-ready presentation.
Airbnb cleaning is different from regular residential cleaning because the property must be prepared for the next guest within a limited time window. The technician must clean, reset, inspect, report damage, restock supplies if included, check presentation details, and make sure the space feels fresh, safe, and ready for check-in.
A Ruthimaid Airbnb Turnover Specialist must understand that every missed detail can affect the host’s reviews, guest satisfaction, and the company’s reputation.

The objective of Program B is to train Ruthimaid technicians to perform professional residential cleaning services in private homes, apartments, condos, townhomes, occupied homes, move-in/move-out properties, and deep cleaning projects.
Residential cleaning requires trust, privacy, consistency, attention to detail, safety, and respect for the client’s home. Technicians must know how to follow recurring cleaning systems, deep cleaning workflows, move-in/move-out procedures, high-touch cleaning standards, occupied home etiquette, pet and children safety rules, and luxury finish expectations.
